Wax Based Curing Compound

Cmix CURE WP or Wax Based Curing Compound is a white pigmented wax based eliminated odor, liquid membrane forming curing compound for new concrete. The membrane assents the concrete to maintain sufficient moisture in order to obtain the designed strength, and exceeds. It is cent percent free of all volatile organic compounds.

Appearance:
KR CURE WP is white opaque liquid, after application film dries milky white. Product has moderate UV resistance and may discolor in sunlight.

COVERAGE:
KR CURE WP covers 6-7 M2/Kg. Coverage rates assume hard troweled floors. Coverage will vary from the above rates depending on surface porosity and texture.

AVOID EXCESSIVE BUILD-UP. THICKER APPLICATIONS MAY LEAD TO DISCOLORATION AND IMPROPER SEALER PERFORMANCE.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Surface Preparation: This product is designed for use on fresh concrete only. The concrete surface should first be finished to the desired texture
Mixing: Agitate before using. Material may separate during long term storage. Mild agitation is recommended before usage.
Application: Apply at a uniform coverage by brush, by spray or roller application. Product may be sprayed with a hand held "pump-up" sprayer or with an airless industrial sprayer. If roller applied, use a short-napped sleeve.
Curing: For the best cure of freshly placed concrete, apply KR CURE WP as soon as possible after finishing operations or immediately after the disappearance of the "sheen" of surface moisture.

SEALER REMOVAL
Dried, cured sealer may be removed with pine based cleaners in water with aggressive scrubbing. KR CURE WP may also be removed using high pressure water sprayers.

CLEAN-UP
Clean tools and equipment with warm, soapy water before the KR CURE WP dries.

PRECAUTIONS / LIMITATIONS

Product is unusable if allowed to freeze. Store between 50-120 F (10-50C).
For best application result, product temperature should be between 50-100F (10-38C) with
Ambient and surface temperatures between 45-110F (7-45C).
This product should not be used under most carpet and tile adhesives unless completely
Removed. Alternative options include the use of Cmix CURE RB/ Cmix CURE AR.
Do not subject to rain or water for 2 hours after application.
Use as a curing compound only. KR CURE WP is not intended for use as a concrete sealer.
Dried film may become milky in appearance in prolonged exposure to moisture.
Not intended for use on architectural concrete panels unless complete removal is planned.
