Elastomeric Waterproofing Coating
KR EWC is a fiber reinforced, elastomeric emulsion based coating which waterproofs, protects and beautifies a variety of wall surfaces and other building materials. This product is a non-toxic, non-fading coating that produces a high build film which is tough, yet extremely flexible. KR EWC contains no asbestos, glass or ceramic fibers.

Appearance: KR EWC is available in a variety of standard colors. Contact the KRWP for a color chart. KR EWC leaves a lightly textured finish with a flat glossy appearance. This product meets V.O.C. contents for Waterproofing Sealers and Treatments.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Surface Preparation- All surfaces are to be free of loose mortar, dirt, grease, oil, loose paint, rust and other foreign matter which could prevent proper adhesion. Previously painted surfaces shall be water blasted to remove loose paint or excessive chalking.
Surface repairs can be made as follows: Hairline cracks: (less than thickness of a credit card or 0.8 mm).
To repair large cracks, spalled or deteriorated concrete: Repair using KR Mortar or KR Micro concrete patching and resurfacing compounds.
Mixing: KR EWC is one component, pigmented product that should be pre-mixed prior to application.
Placement: KR EWC dries in one hour to a flat finish and produces a light texture. On extremely hot days it may be necessary to dampen the surface before application. KR EWC can be applied by brush, roller or spray gun to specified coverage rates. Mix well before using. Do not thin. Spray application requires heavy-duty equipment such as Graco 30:1 Bulldog.
CLEAN-UP
Use warm, soapy water to clean tools and equipment.
PRECAUTIONS / LIMITATIONS
- Do not apply at temperatures below 100C and above 50 C.)
- Suitable for below grade, exterior waterproofing.
- Keep product away from direct sunlight.
