Use: for in-line printing , wet to wet printing ,self-adhesive , for noodles package.

Water Based Varnish (N-Line Printing, Self-Adhesive) is a plus by a special acrylic polymer emulsion with functional additives varnish, It has strong adhesion for the paper after it was hot of the Ultrasonic heating. This varnish has excellent gloss, good gloss and color retention, dry fast, good printability. The wet-wet and wet-dry printing has good wetting leveling, printing machine is easy to clean. Dedicated to the noodles package(such as Master), which need ultrasonic to glue Automatic. This varnish is used off-line coating, can also be used for inline coating.

Notes:
1, It based on conditions of use plus appropriate diluent (water) and water (1-5:1) mixture dilution. In order to achieve gloss and abrasion resistance requirements of the situation according to the paper, roll coated with light plus 5 to about 15% thinner, with inline coating liquid, the use of high viscosity coating process should be adjusted to increase the amount of diluent the appropriate viscosity.
