Capsule Water-based Varnish

Capsule Water-Based Varnish is using a variety of specialty monomers synthesized varnish which used for plastic. This product has good fluidity, easy to operate, fast drying, and high brightness. Suitable for PET, the adhesion between the film and paper. Applied to paper, plastic bonding with a solid.

Notes:
1, It based on conditions of use plus appropriate diluent water (1-5:1) mixture dilution. In order to achieve gloss and abrasion resistance requirements of the situation according to the paper, roll coated with light plus 5 to about 15% thinner, with inline coating liquid, the use of high viscosity coating process should be adjusted to increase the amount of diluent the appropriate viscosity.

2, Varnish on paper should meet the principle, if excessive dilution will affect gloss, abrasion resistance and leveling; the contrary will result in dilution of inadequate leveling varnish is not good, the drying rate is too slow.
