Water Based Overprint Varnish

Water Based Overprint Varnish is a high-gloss water-based environmentally friendly pressure-line varnish (commonly known as polished overprint varnish). With high wear resistance, excellent gloss, good gloss and color retention, fast dry, good printability, the wet-wet and wet-dry printing has good wetting leveling, easy to clean the printing machines characteristics. Notes:
1, It based on conditions of use plus appropriate diluent water (1-5:1) mixture dilution. In order to achieve gloss and abrasion resistance requirements of the situation according to the paper, roll coated with light plus 5 to about 15% thinner, with inline coating liquid, the use of high viscosity coating process should be adjusted to increase the amount of diluent the appropriate viscosity.
