Filling valve system consists of flow meter, valve opener and closer control unit, and fast/slow air exhaust control unit, filling valve etc. Accurate flow meter control can achieve A 1.5 g deviation. The whole filling valve system is controlled properly by Centralized Industrial Computer. Online control of every filling valve regarding shortage of bottles, and bottle burst etc. to ensure no infection on other valves. Meanwhile filling flow channel is smooth, turbulent flow component is few, plus the fast/slow air exhaust and bubbling control in sequence, filling temperature can be ambient 18a high for energy saving and environment protection.
