Volumetric Filling Machine - S.s. 304, 50 Ml - 500 Ml Capacity | Dual Filling Heads, Adjustable Dosing Cylinders, 2000 To 2500 Bottles Per Hour

These Volumetric Filling Machine has two filling heads i.e. two bottles can be filled at a time. Dosing cylinders of different capacities can be fitted & the stroke of these cylinders can be adjusted to suit the requirement. Thus making the machine versatile, all contact parts, which come in contact with the liquid, are in S.S. 304 in the standard machine model. The same can also be supplied in S.S. 316 (at an extra cost). The machine can be run on three different speeds i.e. 4 / 7 / 11 strokes per minute i.e. 8 / 14 / 22 bottles can be filled per minute. The dosing cylinders are available in the capacity 15 ml - 30 ml, 50 ml, 110 ml, 260 ml, 550 ml, 1050 ml. The accuracy of the machine is + / - 2 to 3 ml. It is advisable not to use the cylinder for less than 60% of its capacity i.e. cylinder of 1050 ml can be used to fill 50 ml & not 250 ml.
