a The process is divided into bottle feeding transition bottle conveying, bottle tilting sterilization bottle conveying, bottle discharge transition bottle conveying, of which bottle tilting sterilization bottle conveying is finished by coordinating with two independent bottle conveying driving chain system. Hot-filled bottles up-right enter into the sterilizer via bottle conveying chain 1, flipping with bottle conveying chain 1 and 2, when bottles flip about 96A , they are conveyed forward cross lean on conveying chain 2. At the moment, hot beverage fills up and UHT sterilizes bottle cap, and sterilized bottles return to up-right status along with conveying chain 1 and 2, and are conveyed forward along with conveying chain 1. Conveying chain 1 and 2 are driven by a stepless speed regulating speed reducer of 1.5kw, which can stepless control conveying chain 1 and 2 to achieve ideal effect.
