Spinner Hanger Type Shot Blasting Machine

We are making, exporting, distributing and supplying of Spinner Hanger Type Shot Blasting Machines in Jodhpur, Rajashthan, India. Machine is mostly used for the components having the complicated geometry or the components which cannot be tumbled for quality reasons. Job handling arrangement consists of one/two Rotational Hanger Hooks holding the fixtures for components, mounted on the door of the machine.

For loading the components, door of the machine is opened manually & components to be blasted are hanged one by one on to the door hanger and the door of the machine is closed. Blast wheel units are strategically placed on the Blast cabinet will fire abrasive at high velocity on the components hanged on the hangers. Bi-directional rotational mechanism of hanger ensures that each and every portion of the component will get exposed to the blast stream for through cleaning. After the required blasting cycle, blast wheel unit shuts off and door of the machine is opened manually for unloading of the components.
