1. Machine inspection

   Start the blasting process

     Start the nozzle carriage movement.
     
   
   
   • 
     Open the abrasive flow.

     The nozzle moves along the length of the rotating roll, creating a uniform etched surface.
     
   
   
   
   


5. 
   Inspect the roll

     Stop blasting after the programmed cycle.

     Remove the roll.

     Clean the surface.

   Shutdown
