Ball mill is a high fine grinding equipment , and widely used in industrial production process . It is an important equipment for further grinding broken after the early broken.
First of all, according to different grinding raw materials ,it can be divided into dry milling and wet milling;
Secondly, it can also divided into the overflow type and lattice type two kinds of grinding way according to the different methods of mine;
Finally, it can also be in accordance with the style of ball mill barrel can be divided into short cylindrical grinding machine, long cylindrical grinding machine, cone type mill and pipe mill four ways.
The main working principle of ball mill is a cylinder by horizontal installation method, on the two large bearings, through the low speed rotation and all kinds of raw materials. There is a certain amount of grinding medium of mine inside the ball mill cylinder . Friction force and the centrifugal force make these medium back and forth inside the cylinder reciprocating rotation ,to be promoted, ditching ,and drain. At this time from the feed port injection needs to be constantly grinding of raw materials.
