Operating Principle:
The cobble crusher uses the striking energy to crush the materials. When the materials get into the active region of the board hammer, they are attacked by the board hammer with high speed; the crushed materials are continuously thrown to the counter device installed upper of the rotor, and then the crushed materials are countered after rebounding to the active region of the board hammer. The materials are crushed repeatedly in the crushing cavity until the materials are crushed to be the required size, and then they are discharged from the machine bottom.

Characteristics:
1 The lamination crushing principle is adopts to increase the proportion of the cubes. The needle-like stones reduce and the size fraction is more symmetrical.
2 Because the machine has the iron protection device, so the original discharge opening can be recovered quickly after the pig iron pass through the crushing cavity. The stability of the machine is enhanced.
3 This machine adopts large-diameter main axis, deteriorate main frame and automatic control system of the independent thin oil lubricating system to ensure that the equipment is durable and reliable.
4 All parts of this machine can be installed and disassembled on the upper or side. So the fixing cone and the moving cone can be disassembled comfortably.
