We manufacture Fan Mil to our client in Shenyang, Liaoning, China. The fan mill produced by Shenyang Heavy Mining Equipment Co.,Ltd mainly provides qualified coal powder for coal-fired boiler in thermal power plant. It has three functions of drying, coal pulverizing and powder transfer. It consists of casing, pulverizing wheel, separator, bearing box, cooling and lubricating system and main motor.

Characteristics of fan mill:
1 The insert plate of expansion joints is changed from sliding type to bogie type, which is easy to inspect.
2 Each interface is sealed strictly with no powder leaking.
3 The wear-resisting board at bottom of gate is changed from hook type to sliding type, which is easy replaced the board after abrasion.
4 The uniform flow table added by the fan mill distributes raw coal self on the pulverizing plate, which prolongs use life and protect rear plate hub.
5 The bearing box is changed from external-cooling to internal-cooling. The structure is compact and operating breakdown is reduced.
6 The bearing box adds vibration protection component to increase operating safety of fan mill.
7 The casing liner is changed from screw thread fastening to through-hole screw thread fastening, which is convenient to replace liner.
