1 This crusher uses the hydraulic system to adjust the size of the gape. The hydraulic system can effectively guarantee the normal operation of the equipment. When there is foreign body in the crushing cavity, the hydraulic system makes the moving cone down automatically. When the foreign body is discharged, this system makes the down moving cone reset. The original gape is kept to go on operating.
2 The crushing cavity means the geometrical space formed between the moving cone and fixed cone. The size of the crushing cavity affects the whole machine greatly. The cavity shape of the crusher is considered as main technology index. This machine is designed out for four cavity shapes with different specification from coarse crushing to fine crushing. It has six possible combinations, which means it can greatly meet the special requirement of uses.
3 The maze sealing device is used to replace traditional water sealing that avoids dust and impurities from getting in. The lubricating oil is kept clean to prolong the use life of sliding bearing and thrust ball bearing.
4 It is very slow to replace the crushing wall for the crusher in the past, but cone crusher very fast. The crushing wall can be fixed with the bolt because of the clamping pin installed on the upper crushing wall. The lower crushing wall is fixed with the hydraulic screw nut.
