Operation Principle:
A tube body is installed on two large bearings by the ball crusher through the level way. The tube body turns round with low-speed to grind various materials. Some mediums used for grinding exist in the tube body. At this time the materials those are needed to be grinded get in from the input. These materials will be shocked and grinded by the moved grinding mediums. Finally the materials after being crushed discharge from the tube body through force of continuous feeding and overflowing.

Installation and run-in of the ball crusher:
1 This equipment should be installed on the foundation of level concrete and fixed with bay bolts.
2 The plumb between the main machine and the level should be paid attention while installing.
3 Check that whether the bolts in every position and the main machine door are fastened or not, fasten them if not.
4 The electric cord and control switch should be deployed according to the power of machine.
5 The empty-load run-in should be carried out after installing. You can product with the equipment if the run-in is normal.

Operating Instruction:
1. The new installed hoop should be regularly checked to avoid slipping out.
