About Rotorvane Weigh Feeder- MGWF, for Uniform Feed to Rotorvane :

Uniform rate of feed to Rotorvane is very much important to achieve the proper preconditioning of leaf in Rotorvane and better cut in CTC machine. But with the, present, direct manual feeding of leafs in the Rotorvane, it is not possible to achieve even 70% of uniform feeding of leafs in Rotorvane. Non-uniform feeding in Rotorvane results improper cutting in CTC machine.

To overcome this problem, Stesalit have successfully designed and developed a Microprocessor based Rotorvane Feeder (MGWF-03) which gives over 95% accuracy in uniform feeding of leaf in Rotorvane irrespective of the irregular or uneven feeding of leaf by the operators in our (MGWF-03) feeder.

This uniform feed of leafs in Rotorvane helps to achieve better and uniform preconditioning of tea leafs in Rotorvane which ensures proper cutting of processed leaf in CTC machine resulting in better quality of MADE TEA and higher price realization for it with substantial energy and manpower savings.

Over 1500 Nos. of our electronically controlled Rotorvane Feeders (MGWF-03) are successfully and satisfactorily running in tea factories in India and abroad some of them for over 15 years.
