Roller beds are designed to suit the various requirement of customer for supporting and rotating cylindrical work-pieces and long irregular shaped jobs with the help of special fixtures (ex-Truing rings)

Adjustment of wheel Centre:
TRS Model manual or motorised step-less adjustment through lead screw & nut arrangement. For TR model adjustment is manual in 4 to 5 steps. Transmission: Power transmission from motor (AC/DC) to 1st stage gear box to the roller mounted final stage gear box near to motor base. The second stage gearbox is powered through extension shafts with key way from the 1st final stage gear box.

Base: In TR Model the top face of the frame has jog drilled holes to accommodate the roller chassis at different positions to suit varying diameters of the work piece and adjustment is in 4 to 5 steps Drive: Drive to power unit is by thyristorised controlled DC motor and gear boxes or AC motors with VFD of reputed makes.

Wheels: Rubberised wheel / PU coated wheels or Steel wheel as per customer demand / requirements:
Rotators are available from 5 tonnes to 150 Tonnes
