Roll Handling Lifts

We have acquired a commendable position in the industry for the providing a wide range of Roll Handling Lifts. EasyLift ELDR narrow aisle roll manipulators are typically used with our RCR 13/24 & RCR 16/26 clamps for handling rolls up to 500 lb./227 kg. The 27" overall width permits gripping rolls of various diameters and lengths from the side of a pallet, while maneuvering through tight congested areas. The RCR 13/24 & RCR 16/26 clamps are available to grip rolls from 13"/330 mm to 26"/ 660 mm in diameter in various lengths. An optional small roll adapter can be easily pinned in place to permit gripping rolls as small as 9a /228mm. The height of the roll clamping pads can be 4a to 16a in height depending on the length of the roll. All models are provided with an FDA approved powder coating, stainless hardware and special roller chains.

All Models available: 24-volt DC powered, 110 volt AC powered or air powered. DC cabinets house (2) 12-volt deep cycle AGM batteries, automatic charger, hydraulic pump & reservoir, key switch and battery discharge indicator. AC cabinets house 110-volt hydraulic motor/pump assemblies. The control switches for clamp, lift and rotation are located on the top of the cabinet. For added safety, a red dead-man switch must be pressed and held for the unclamp/clamp function to operate.
