		Rainbow Polyurethane Paint is a high performance topcoat, based on Acrylic Polyol & Aliphatic Isocyanate; it is available in White, Pastel & Dark shade as per customerA AcAca A Aca Acs requirement in Glossy, Semi-glossy & Matt finish.

APPLICATION GUIDELINES
1	Do not apply when the temperature falls below 10oC or when relative humidity rises above 90% or during fog/mist etc.
2	Stir both the components well prior to mixing. Mix both the components in the recommended ratiotill it becomes homogeneous. Keep them for 10-15 min & then apply.
3	Do not thin paint with more than 10% of volume unless recommended by the us.
4	At any given time, mix only such quantity as can be consumed within the pot life of the coating.
5	Apply uniformly.
6	Brushes, Spray Equipments, Tools etc. should be cleaned/flushed with thinner to avoid closing/ hardening.
7	All two components coating require very specific time to attain their maximum properties complete quire after 7 days..
8	Any contaminated coating should be thoroughly scrapped & fresh layer should be applied.
9	Close the lids tightly as the product is moisture sensitive.
10	Observe the minimum & maximum over coating intervals.
11	Keep away from heat & store under shed.
HEALTH & SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
1	Use flameproof equipment with proper earthing, smoking, naked light & external spark/ignition should not permitted.
2	Operator applying the paint should wear proper personal protective equipments such as air-fed mask, safety glasses etc.
3	Good ventilation is essential. In confined area we suggest positive air pressure should be maintained.
4	Protect face, neck & wrists form over spray disposable gloves.
5	Remove contaminants on fingers & stain with barrier cream wash regularly with soap & water.

1	In OEM Industries where articles are exposed to extreme condition of humidity, Chemical Fumes & are expected to withstand high degree of abrasion.
2	In process Industries where Tanks & Structures are exposed to saver Chemical Atmosphere both indoor & outdoor under tropical condition
3	For wooden furniture & table tops where decorative values of colours are to be matched by excellent gloss, colour retension, abrasion, heat & chemical resistance.
4	In hospitals & pharmaceutical industries where along with its decorative value it is expected to be resistant to wide range of disinfectants, fungi & bacteria.
5	It can be user FRP, SMC, ABS, Acrylics, Polyestyrenes & Polycarbonates after suitable pre treatment
6	As a maintenance coating for civil & defence application.
