It contains an unsaponifiable binder and hence is complete durable. 3 Properties   (a) Specific gravity 1.30 + 5% (b) Viscosity Smooth and Viscous  (c) Colour Available in White  Black, Yellow & Shades as per the Requirement of customers (d) Drying time Surface dry- with in 30 minutes     Hard dry- 6 to 8 hours (e) Finish Smooth, matt Finish free from sagging & brush marks 4 Thinner Clean tap water 5 Application Preferably by brush. 6 Spreading rate (Theoretical) 10 to 12 Sq.
