We are offering our customers Nano Calcium Carbonate For Adhesives And Sealants. CC2 is a type of nano level active precipitated calcium carbonate upon surface treatment. The particle diameter is 40-80nm and the shape of crystal is Cubic. It has advantages such as high whiteness, good dispersing performance, high surface activeness and regular particles.
CC1 is a type of functional filler material exclusively used for high standard silicon sealant,the latest development result of our company, and a new product in the China Torch Plan
1) Applicable Characteristics: Used in the sealant system, it has excellent thixotropic performance and system dispersing ability,as well as the controllable system rheology and good filling and reinforcement ability .it has not only well affinity with adhesive,but also be able to improve the adhesive,tenacity ,stretching intensity and other dynamic performance to reach two functions of both filling and reinforcement.
2) Applicable scope: Sealant materials of silicon,polysulfur,epoxy and polyurethane,and silicon rubber products.
