Muffle Furnace (1050 Degree C)

We are engaged in manufacturing and supplying excellent quality Muffle Furnace (1050 Degree C) to our valuable clients.
Construction:The Casing or the outer body is made of thick Mild Steel Sheet. Swing / Sliding type Door and Peephole is provided. The casing is finished in Heat & Rust Proof attractive Silver Ash Hammertone spray painting / Heat Resistant Aluminum / Steel Paint.
Heating:Heating Chamber (Muffle) consists of grooved refractories (tiles in case High Temperature) having grooved outer surface on which A-1element in Coil Form (Phenolite or equivalent Silicon carbide heating Rod for High Temperature) is placed in between the Mild Steel Sheet casing and the Heating Chamber. Hot and Cold faced insulating bricks (Kyanite Base) are suitably cemented forming a Refractory Lining to keep the shell Temperature within 80A C. (Ceramic Blanket & Ceramic Board can be provided in High Temperature Furnaces).
Temperature:Maximum temperature range shall be upto 1100A C.Continuous working Temperature should not however increase 1050A C.
Controls:A pyrometer Indicator with "Sunvic" Energy control Indicator connected with Chrome/Alumel Thermocouple and suitable compensating cable or a Solid state Digital Indicator Cum Controller having a range of upto 1200A C controls and indicates the temperature.
Power:220 / 230 / 440 Volts Single / Triple phase AC.
