Vertical Autoclave - Stainless Steel Inner Chamber, Adjustable 15-20 Psi Pressure | Double Walled Design, Insulated With Glass Wool, Complete Safety Features

We are engaged in manufacturing and supplying excellent quality Vertical Autoclave to our valuable clients.

Construction:
This Autoclave is Double Walled in construction, inner chamber being made of 18 swg. 304 quality S. Steel and outer being made of M.S. Sheet, hammertone spray painted. The Lid is made of S.S. Plate with paddle lifting arrangement. The complete structure is mounted on iron stand.

Heating:
Heating is done by suitable immersion type heaters operated on 220 volts A.C.

Pressure / Temperature / Insulation:
A working pressure of 15 - 20 lbs psi, (adjustable) can be created, hydraulically tested up to 2.5 times of the working pressure. Neoprene Gasket prevents the loss of pressure. The Jacket is insulated with glass wool to minimize the temperature loss (maximum temperature 126A C approximately).

Safety Features:
Provided with all the necessary Safety features like Adjustable Safety Valve, Pressure Gauge, Steam Release Cock and Drain Cock for cleaning the working chamber. Supplied with a S.S. Perforated Basket, 2.5 metre. of wire and Instruction Manual.

Power:
220 / 230 / 440 Volts, Single / Triple phase AC.
