PHARMACOKINETICS OF IVABRADINE:Ivabradine will be rapidly absorbed orally. It reaches the peak plasma level in about 1 hr. the absolute bioavaibility of Ivabradine is 40% in liver and gut.The half-life of Ivabradine is about 2 hours.Almost 70% Ivabradine bound with the plasma protein.About 4% of unchanged drug is excreted by urination and the total body clearance rate of v is 24 l/h.And the metabolites will excrete by urination as well as in feces.

SIDE EFFECTS OF IVABRADINE:Dizziness and tiredness are the most common side effects of the Ivabradine.There are also some rare side effects like seeing of coloured lights increase in brightness is also shown by the Ivabradine.Consult your doctor if you feel fainting or slow decreased heart beats.Sometime some allergic reactions like itching swelling of longue throat and rash like symptoms are also caused by Ivabradin.
