High Class Low Noise Fan

We are a remarkable entity, engaged in exporting and manufacturing and supplying of the High Class Low Noise Fan in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The 60F and 50F profiles were introduced to provide a very low noise fan with high efficiency for the Air Cooled Condenser and Cooling Tower applications. Compared with conventional Fiberglass blades for 60F and 50F, the largest monolithic pultruded blade ever produced, allows up to 10 dB(A) noise reduction maintaining an extremely high efficiency. It is available from 14ft up to 40ft (12.192 m), in standard and reverse mounting types. Compared to standard molded blades this configuration provides a very high resistance against fatigue loads and failures, commonly seen in the blade shaft area thanks also to the release of fortifications configurations used in the wind turbine blades. The AX hub construction consists of one steel disk with a connection flange to facilitate the installation on the drive shaft. The blades are connected to the hub with extruded aluminum pillow blocks. Our gap ring regulator allows a +/- 2 adjustment of the fan diameter either to minimize the tip clearance to increase performance or to increase the clearance to compensate for fan cylindrical ring imperfections.
