HDPE Sprinkler Pipes

HDPE Sprinkler Irrigation System Pipes is one of the modern method of irrigation where the water is pumped through pipeline and sprayed uner pressure across the field through a few rotating device called sprinkler like natural rains. The rotation is achieved by the water pressure only. It saves water to a large extent but increases the crop yield with simultaneous improvement in quality.

It is a highly efficient method where the water is applied uniformly in measured quantity taking into consideration of the season, soil condition, topography of the land, type of crops etc.

In this system the sprinklers and the pipelines are required to be moved around the field in predetermined cycle and hence the pipes are to be light in weight and fitted with detachable coupling system.

HDPE pipes and couplers as per IS 1415 (Part I & II) ideally meet the requirement of such type of piping system and its weight to strengths ratio is tremendous. The detachable coupling system is capable to withstand the pressure upto 1.5 times of the working pressure of the pipes as specified in the specifications.
