Application Instructions:

Thoroughly clean mold surface to eliminate wax, release agents, and sealers. Dexclean Mold Cleaner is recommended.
Ensure the surface is dry and free from contaminants.
Seal the mold using Dexseal Sealer.
Apply Dexcoat7 X Mold Release using a clean cotton cloth. Wipe a smooth continuous film in small sections.
Wait until the Dexcoat7 X film starts to evaporate (around 3-20 seconds). While wet, use a second dry cotton cloth to wipe the surface in circular motions.
Repeat the process until the entire mold surface is covered (typically 4-5 coats with a 10-minute gap between coats).
Allow curing for 20-30 minutes at room temperature or 10 minutes at 200A F.
