Key Features
* Material hopper having volumetric capacity 2500 ltrs. It is mounted on load for measuring weight.
* Screw drive with 2HP variable AC drive augur controlled by PLC.
Working Principle:
* The fine coke powder is fed into the main hopper.
* The metered quantity of powder is transferred into the secondary hopper of the coke injection machine through screw conveyor driven by AC variable drive.
* The transfer of quantity is controllable.
* The PLC displays the total quantity in the hopper and the rate of transfer as well as the quantity transferred.
* The rate of transfer is equal to the rate of injection of coke powder into the furnace.
