The welding rotators are angle adjustable from 0o to 45o. And have provision for proper clamping of the component. The speed is controlled through a VFD. Due to which a minimum speed of 0.2 m/min can be achieved to a maximum of 2 m/min.
The welding rollers are also power driven for rotating the shell or pipe. Here a provision is made to adjust the size of the pipe from 1200 mm O.D. to 2000 mm O.D. The adjustment id automatic (doesn't need an operator to setup change.
