OM Enterprises has a very wide range of Levelers. A Leveler or a Straightener as it is also known is used for sheet leveling. We manufacture Levelers for sheets right from 0.2 mm up to a maximum of 20 mm thickness. There is a vast difference between a leveler for lighter gauge sheet and a thicker gauge sheet. Depending upon the sheet thickness and the mode of operation of the line, the leveler is designed accordingly.

A leveler consists of two sets of pinch rollers, one for pulling the sheet and the other for pushing it. In the center there is a set of group rollers which can be either operated hydraulically or motorized. This group roller set is responsible for the good leveling of the sheet. The rollers can be used for removal of waviness, curvature and other deformities in the sheets.

Further depending upon the quality requirements of the customer, a more efficient grade of leveler is a - Precision Leveler. A precision leveler or a Four Hi Leveler is a leveler with backup rollers. This is a more improved version of the leveler for lighter gauges. It gives out fantastic quality of sheets.
