Key Features
A Process by which high purity Zinc can be recovered from Galvinised dross.The Galvanising dross from the CGL department is normally sold out at about 70% value of zinc in the form of ingots.
The process invlolves either the dross to be treated online in the galvinising pot to recover zinc and reduce dross or the dross ingots seperately in a furnace (mostly alloy making furnace which is available in CGL Plants for making Zinc-aluminium allys) and our developed flux is to be added in a particular sequence to recover High grade Zinc. The molten Zinc is tapped out in moulds and can be recycled back to the galvanising pot or can be directly sold out to structural or pipe galvanisers.
We are please to inform you that this products had been approved and are in used by different industries like Bokaro Steel Plant, Bhusan Ltd, Tata iron & Steel co.ltd., Eveready Industries Ltd.
