* Scope For Bath Tube:
The Bath- is of robust construction fabricated from 2mm thick stainless steel confirming to AISI 430 with Rigid formed top edge and holds a capacity of the bath is approx 425 Liters.

* Drive Functions:
Drive is Securely mounted at one end of the bath with water tight removable cover. The Brush drive shaft is extend through end wall and is fitted with scale to prevent ingress of water from the bath to the drive unit and bearing is protected from moisture and has sufficient greasing points

* Drive System:
Driving system is Complete with Electric Motor 1 HP
Motor : 1440 RPM, 3 Phase, TEFC degree of Protection IP 55
Gear Box for Reducing Motor Speed
Drive Chain and other few Accessories

* Nylon Scrubbing Brush:
Nylon Scrubbing Brushes are of High Quality and Capable of Cleaning all the inner and outer surface within a few Rotations.

* Over & Drain features:
Both the connections are made from Stainless steel (AISI 430) and the drain pipe is provided with a stainless steel cock and both the pipes are brought down near the floor level.

* Brush Rollers:
Rollers with Proper bearings have been provided on either sides of the cans and mounted firmly on the inside of through within.
