The useful length of the furnace is suitable to handle for single 30Meter long tubes which are longest in Asia. The capacity of the furnace is 60MT/Hr throughput
The Walking Beam mechanism is working with the help of robust hydraulically operated cylinders with accessories, highly efficient combustion equipments, equipped with waste heat recovery recuperator, specially designed flue duct and self supported chimney. The chimney height is 40 Meter and fully insulated up to 40 Meter for chimney long life
We used special shape refractory for furnace hearth and special shape blocks for water cooled rollers to minimize hot gas leakage
We also designed alloy steel walking beam to handle tubes up to 8 size and have low alloy cast steel openings for walking beam support tubes to safeguard refractory.
