Other parts will be supplied freely during the warranty time and the freight will be paid for by supplier if the parts are broken by quality problem within 3 times. And the users must return the broken parts within 15 days after receipt of new parts). The warranty date is started from day when the customers get machines.
2)Installation Service: When the engineer go to customersa companies for installation and making a train, The customers are responsible for engineera s round tickets & accommodation and traffic fee in the local. And the service fee is free within 3 working days. After 3 working days, the service fee is USD100.00/day if the customers still need our training service
3)Service (Outside of Warranty Time): We can supply the spare parts for users (customers) as the cost price. The freight is paid by users (customers).
