Tubular Level Gauges

Tubular Level Gauges are used for direct level Indication of liquids in Tanks or vessels under pressure & temperature.

a c .Visibility is normally 160 mm less than Centre-to-Centre
distance in case of offset type valves in PVC/
Polypropylene material of construction. In other cases,
visibility is about 140 mm less than centre-to-centre
distance.
a c Needle type or Globe/ Gate type valves at Vent or Drain
(optional). Ball Valve at Vent or Drain in case of PP/PVC.
a c Unbreakable pressed Steel Hand-Wheel with superior finish.
a c Ptfe a Va ring packings for Vacuum applications. Vacuum
test at 0.05 kg/ cmA abs (min.).
a c IBR Certificate with forged valves (bolted bonnet outside
screw & yoke type).
a c Aluminium/ Stainless Steel/ Acrylic Plastic Scale with
engraved graduations or etched markings on glass tube if
required.
a c Intermediate Support (Straight or Offset) in case of centre-to-
centre distance more than 1600 mm, blind portion 140
mm approximately.
a c Lloyds Certification, if required.
a c Vessel Connections can be A a or 1a SW or A a or 1a flanged
(without union) or screwed (A a /1a BSPM or NPTM) through
Standard Unions

Direct observation/ measurement of liquid level in any tank (within the pressure & temparature limitations).
