Operation:
An Endless Special Purpose Silicone Tube is driven by a geared motor.
Length of the tube is determined based on free board length of the tank and overall tank size to ensure that the tube is always immersed in the waste water.
Diameter of the tube is determined based on the amount of oil content in the waste water.
As the tube passes through waste water, due to olephilic nature of tube surface, oil gets deposited on the tube surface. Geared motor is used for speed reduction to ensure maximum possible oil deposition.
Adjustable Nitrile wiper scrapes oil from tube surface and oil is sent to collection tray via the outlet hose.
