1. Purpose of Tube Recut M/C Of Aluminium Tubes For Heater Cores : For Automatic Cutting of Aluminium Tubes of Heater Cores for various Automobiles in process of :
* Application of Lubricating Oil on Knife
* Cutting of Aluminium Tubes
* Collection of Tubes and Scrap separately

2. Type of Machine : Vertical Knife Type.
3. Operation Sequence : Load the Tubes in the Magazine
* Pick a tube and place it on the Block
* Sensor will sense the tube
* Another Sensor defines the length which is set

* Pneumatic Cylinder with a knife cuts the Tube
* No burr no distortion
* Tube falls into the Bin, scrap tube falls in the separate Bin

4. Toolings : One Special Knife shall be supplied along with the machine
5. No. of Operators : One operator can handle machine easily.
6. Main Structure : Extra thick Steel plates are used for Main Frame work, properly reinforced for vibration free Working.
7. Finishing : All the structural parts are duly painted with Stoving Enamel paints, baked

The machined parts are duly Electroplated / Blackened as per the requirements, for their long life and rust prevention.
8. Control System : Reputed make Control systems are used, for reliability & Smooth operations for long Life. Fitted in the front side of the machine, for easier approach of operator.
