Automatic Spring Coiling Machine For Control Cables

We are offering our Automatic Spring Coiling Machine For Control Cables with following features :
1. Purpose: For Automatic Continuous Winding of Outer Springs for Automotive Control Cables, and Automatic Fitting of P.P Tube inside the Outer Spring,while Coiling, making the assembly FRICTION LESS.
2. Type of Machine : Horizontal Revolving Head Type.
3. Operation Sequence: Automatic after loading of Flattened Wire Bobbin on the Machine Spindle.
* Bobbin mounted on the spindle
* The wire is fed into the FEED Rollers & then to Forming Die.
* The Chuck is rotated by Hand for 2 a 3 revolutions.
* The Spring starts forming & coming out of Die.
* Now Start the Machine by pressing the Switch.
* The Machine shall start coiling of spring which shall come out on the Right hand side of machine, continuously.
4. Toolings : One complete set of Toolings for any one size of Outer Spring shall be supplied along with.
5. No. of Operators One only. One operator can handle 4 - 5 machines easily.
6. Main Structure : Extra thick Steel plates are used for Main Frame work, properly reinforced for vibration free Working.
7. Finishing: All the structural parts are duly painted with Stoving Enamel paints, baked properly.
8. The machined parts are duly Electroplated / Blackened as per the requirements, for their long life and rust prevention.
