* The closed looping design:effectively prevent the influence of the machine axis motion accuracy from mechanical transmission error and nonlinear factors, guarantee the mounting precision during the mounting process; at the same time, we use the HEIDENHAIN Heidenhain brand of the grating ruler on Xa Y axis in order to acquire precis mount data by single light curving technology during physical motion.Thus it realizes the exclusive advantage of motor and the grating ruler life-long non-maintenance.
