Features
1. Linear motor driving to keep accuracy:
A. X,Y axes are driven by linear motor directly and get the high accuracy position feed back from the linear encoder, which is controlled in full close loop method.
B. All the nozzles are driven directly by mini linear motor and equipped with position feeder sensors and vacuum detect sensors.
2. Visual recognition technology to insure accuracy:
Non-stop flying capture method is used in component recognizing camera, which is the fastest way to do the component centering.
3. PCB slide or conveyor adjustable:
PCB slide or conveyor can be moved automatically according to the PCB data set by operation software. It is easy to change the width of the PCB conveyor to handle different size of PCB.
4. Ten kinds of IC trays can be placed into the machine in the same time (when the PCB size is less than 200mm, 12 kinds of IC tray can be placed).
5. Optional AOI function
It is optional to equip with AO feature to check the accuracy and quality of sold paste and check the accuracy of components after it was placed and verify the components is missing.
