This agent with two components, A and B component must be used together to reach the curing effect. when storage,A and B component should be separate.

Curing method use ratio(C-14A) use ratio(C-14B)
Mould pressing 0.4%~0.6% 0.8%~1.0%
Extrusion 0.4%~0.6% 0.8%~1.0%

Curing temperature : 110A C~130A C (mould pressing products)
200A C~500A C (extrusion products)
Curing time: depend on product

Using method:
Note:when using CMJ-14A/B platinum curing agent, A, B components must be separately added to the silicone rubber, add B first, then A component. As following method:
taking 20KGS silicone rubber as an example:
A component: 0.5% x 20kgs=100g
B component: 1.0% x 20kgs=200g
1.the 20kgs silicone rubber should be mixed on mixing machine untill it to be malacic,during the same time,color masterbatch can be added together.
2.take the 200g B component mix together with the 20kgs malacic silicone rubber, mix evenly again and then static cool down.
3.take the 100g A component in batches mix together with the 20kgs silicone rubbers which already mixed B component,evenly mixing
4.after static cool down, it can used for curing and molding operation
