Application:
1. Cotton Processing.
0.75-1.0% Gunjscour FS liq exerts a rapid and even wetting action on the goods in processes like scouring, bleaching, garment processing etc.
1.1 Scouring: 0.75 a 1.5% of Gunjscour FS liq. Along with soda ash at 70oC for 45-60 mins effectively removes most of the oil residues present on cotton fibre.
1.2 Desizing: 0.75 a 1.0% in exhaust & 2 a 4 gpl in padding of Gunjscour FS liq. In enzyme bath ensures thorough size removal.
1.3 Continuous Boiling: In view of ita s alkaline stability it has special application in the J-Box / TRC.
2 gpl Gunjscour FS liq. In alkali saturator ensure rapid & even uptake of liquor, better cleansing & absorbency.
1.4 Bleaching: 0.75 a 1.5% of Gunjscour FS liq in bleach liquor produces better & uniform bleaching in lesser time.
