Silicone DCBP vulcanizing agent is specially designed for silicone extrusion molding products. Such as silicone wire, silicone tube etc. this vulcanizing agent with very good dispersion, high curing speed, the finished products with high intensity, good transparency, won't produce blowhole, With yellow resistance effect(means it can make the finished silicone products not easy yellowing during a long period),Smell less and spray frost rarely. Very suitable for silicone products especially extrusion type silicone products' production.

proportion: about 1.1

application ration: 1.2%~1.8% (depending on different silicone rubber materials and products)
using temperature: 130~220A C
using method: according to a certain proportion, mixing together with the silicone rubber evenly,then vulcanization and forming.
