INTRODUCTION:
Shell part-X is a ready mixed parting liquid used as a release agent during the production of Cold-Box cores when applied or sprayed on patterns or Core-Box. Shell part-X ensures clean and easy stripping of shooted cores and prevents sticking and deposition of sand to the core box surface and as well prevents blockage of vents.

APPLICATION:
Shell part-X can be applied by spraying on the surface of pattern or core box. Ensure that patterns are thoroughly cleaned .On spraying the solvent content gets evaporated and a fine film of release agent is deposited on the surface of the patterns yielding to a quick release of the cores.
Please wear chemical resistance hand gloves at the time of application.

PRECAUTION: Store in a dry place away from direct heat.

PACKING: 20 ltrs in metallic tin.
