Shear Flanging Machine Model Rd 3800

Machine for cutting and beading multicenter or circular bottoms with max. diam. mm. 3800. This machine works with a template 1:1 scale, that means that it makes the beaded bottom with the same dimensions and shape of the template. The machine has two heads, one for cutting (circle shear) and one for beading and they are joined together by a table where the template - piece holder conveyor slides. Both the beading and cutting heads work always perpendicular to the tangent of the template through a feeler that is in touch with the same template. This feeler drives the hydraulic movement of the head rotation. The cutting head with two motorized blades can cut both from inside and outside as it is provided with hydraulic descent of the upper blade. The beading head, further to the fixed mould roll and the moulding roll, (hydraulically driven), both motorized, is provided with the blank-holder rolls always in touch with the outer strip of the piece and are movable horizontally; this is very important for the dished and rectangular curvilinear bottoms.
