This circle shear with circular blades, particularly suitable for cutting and beading (on request) of circular parts. Hydraulic clamping of the sheet. Model with hydraulic descent of upper blade, provided with slowing-down device for the execution of parts which require maximum flatness.

Dovetail guiding slides with clearance recovery. Manual adjustment of cutting diameters, with mechanical visualization device of the programmed radius. Cutting blades, both motorized, the lower one is positioned at 30 degrees respect to the upper one.

Quick and easy substitution of the cutting blades and adjustment of clearance. The hydraulic power-pack is in the base of the machine. The machine is already predisposed for receiving the re-circulating ball screws and the d.c. motor for the quote positioning device.

It is possible to mount smaller blades for reducing the minimum cutting diameter. Protection system: back table for the covering of the whole dangerous area; two-handed control which allows to make run the automatic cycle when the operator is outside the dangerous zone..
