Circular Shear Flanging Machine Model 8/2600

This circle shear with circular blades, particularly suitable for cutting and beading (on request) discs or circular rings. Model with hydraulic clamping of sheet and descent of upper blade, this may be provided slowing-down device for beading operation (on request) or for a slow cutting of pieces which require the maximum flatness.

The guiding dovetail gibs of the cutting head are hardned and have eccentrics for clearance recovery hardned and grinded sliding tables to obtain the maximum accuracy and sliding. Both the cutting blades are hydraulic motorized through a (REXROTH) pump with variable flow and constant power, variable adjustment of cutting speed.

Automatic hydraulic clamping of tailstock every time that you change the cutting diameter. Adjustment of cutting diameter through gear motor and visualization with digital display. The machine is predisposed to receive recirculating ball screws and d/c motor for the quote positioning. Possibility to mount smaller cutting blades in order to diminish the minimum cutting diameter.

Protection system: back table for the covering of the whole dangerous area; two-handed control which allows to make run the automatic cycle when the operator is outside the dangerous zone.
