The Circular Shear Beading Machine model M3 / 1600 is the result of many years experience in designing and manufacturing disk shearing-beading machines: the machine automatically cuts the disk, beads and re-beads the beaded disk.
The companya s objective was to provide a machine for manufacturers of circular street signs, table tops made from sheet and tank bottoms.
Its features include: high output with cutting speed up to 70 m per minute, hydraulically-controlled blade descent with slowing-down device for cutting in several revolutions, motorised traverse of the beading head with positioning tolerance of A 0.05 mm, beading roller controlled by a hydraulic axis for setting the height of the beaded band from the operator panel, machine entirely PLC-controlled .
