Roxit Cement Based (Powder) Putty Buckets

we are engaged in manufacturing and supplying of Roxit Cement Based (powder) putty buckets in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India. Roxit Cement Based (powder) putty: Designed to protect the exterior and interior surfaces from dampness and provide uniform and elegant finish to the walls. Made with finely grinded white cement and pure acrylic binders to with stand all weather conditions.

Mixing: The strength and durability of white cement based putty depends on the uniform mixing of powder with water. Take required quantity of powder to be mixed in a drum and add little bit of water and mix it thoroughly to make rich, uniform paste. Maximum of 10% water can be mixed in putty. Water shouldn't be mixed at once in putty.

Application:On new surface Apply first coat of putty with trowels on the plastered surface directly without any primer. Ensure that the surface is dry before application of putty. Give a gap of 6-8 hours for the 1st coat to dry and apply second coat putty.

After allowing the 2nd coat putty to dry for 8 hours, sand the surface with emery paper to make the surface uniform. If required to cover the undulations, apply one more coat of putty where ever it's required to level the surface.

After sanding, clean the surface with sponge or broom to clean the dust from the surface and apply Roxit cement based primer Brilliant.
