Dew Acrylic Wall Putty

we are able to manufactured and supplied an Dew Acrylic Wall Putty in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India. Synthetic based plaster traditionally called as Putty / luppum, made with good quality binders with adequate fillers to form the required thickness on the surface.

Application on Old Surface: If the existing surface is already painted, scratch the surface with wire brush to make the surface rough and remove any loose layers / surface by sanding the surface. After cleaning the surface of the dust and loose particles a) apply one coat of Roxit Brilliant Primer. Allow it to dry for 4 6 hours and then b) apply 1st coat of Roxit Superfine Wall Putty. Allow the 1st coat to dry for 6-8 hours and then apply second coat c) After leaving the surface for drying overnight, sand the surface with emery paper to make the surface smooth and level uniformly d) After sanding, check the level of the surface with help of proper illumination in the night and apply Roxit Superfine Wall putty where ever required to level the surface e) After the final coat, again sanding has to be done to make the surface level and smooth. Clean the dust and apply one coat of Roxit Brilliant Primer, before applying any paint.

For New Surface: Follow the steps from b) to e) as described above after rubbing the surface with the stone.
